If your ruler becomes angry with you, do not hand in your resignation; serious wrongs may be pardoned if you keep calm. Eccl 10:4 GNB
If i will ask for a show of hands if how many people reading this had been scolded or reprimanded or had been the object of the boss's anger or wrath, i believe all hands will be raised. We may not always be that person but at one point in our lives, our direct boss or supervisor might get angry for something we have done or something we have failed to do. A word of advise, when your boss becomes angry with you, do not hand in your resignation. If he fires you and if has has all the reason to, then let him fire you. If he does not fire you, do not resign your post. Serious wrongs may be pardoned if you keep calm. By staying in your job, you may still be able to fix the problem. And being the problem solver that you are in a moment of crisis, the anger might just turn around and the boss sees you as someone not to shrink from challenging times, moments, and situations. The moment you quit, you lose your chance of redemption. Stay calm, keep calm, God is in control. 5 August
