Pass the expertise.

“Bezalel and Oholiab and every craftsman in whom the Lord has put skill and intelligence to know how to do any work in the construction of the sanctuary shall work in accordance with all that the Lord has commanded.” Exodus 36:1 ESV

The skills and the intelligence comes from God. but the willingness and dedication to work must comes from the people. God, in His grace already supplied the talents and gifting to accomplish his will, as leaders, we need to hear from God, find the people, and motivate them to use their talents and gifts for the fulfillment of God's agenda. Here, these men already have the skills to do what needs to be done, not only that; they have the skills to teach what they know (Exo 35:34). Apart from the skills to accomplish the task, also have the ability to teach and transfer the said expertise to the next generation. Similar to us today, each one had been gifted one way or another, to fulfill our God given callings, but it does not end there. We also have the necessary skills to teach, impart, and transfer the same to the next generation that even after we are long gone, the work prospers and continue. 29 January
