When people stopped talking to one another, be wary. When people in teams, organizations, even churches who used to be close but does not talk to each other anymore, do not believe it when they say there is nothing wrong, everything is wrong. If there is no animosity, they will still be talking to each other. Some would claim, there is nothing wrong, “have you heard us speak anything against them? then nothing is wrong” The other party would claim the same. I really know nothing about it. We just stopped talking to each other. You have not heard us say anything wrong about them, right? You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to realize that when people stop talking to each other, there is already an underlying issue. They don’t need to say anything wrong against someone, but the moment they give people silent treatment or the cold shoulder treatment, something is wrong.

Conflict happens in every organization, we can not escape conflicts but you and I must have the grace and courage to resolve them and not shy away from them. When we hurt or got hurt by people, do not hold grudges, talk to people. The moment people stopped talking to each other, you have no idea what they might be thinking or planning to do next. 4 April
