Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Psa 37:4 ESV
The natural tendency in men is to go all out in pursuing the desires of their hearts. Many are so driven by their goals that they have neglected families, and have not placed their priorities right. If we are to get things right, we have to make our priorities straight. God is first and above all else. Delighting ourselves in the Lord must be non-negotiable in our lives. As we delight ourselves in the Lord, He will give us the desires of our hearts. Pursue God, delight ourselves in God and the things we us usually pursue will be given to us. It does not go the other way around nor vice versa. 21 June
